RESERVATION POLICIES:
A $100.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. Your $100.00 deposit will be applied toward your final balance, which must be paid in full upon the completion of service. We accept cash and credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your microblading, microshading, and/or Touch-Up Appointment, we kindly ask for 72 hours notice in order to fill your appointment. If 72 Hours notice is not provided, your deposit will be forfeited and if you rebook at a later date, a new deposit will be required.
If you do not show up to your touch-up appointment, your complimentary touch-up will be forfeited. You may rebook a touch-up appointment, however you will be charged for this based on our touch-up fee schedule.
Microblading and microshading deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forefeit your microblading and/or microshading deposit. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you fail to give us 72 hours notice.
CHECK-IN:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being late for your appointment delays all other appointments. We respect our clients’ time and expect the same courtesy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
FACILITIES:
Although we love kids, we kindly ask that you find childcare for your appointment. Even those who are really well behaved with iPads. We need quiet and full concentration while providing services for our clients to ensure the best quality possible. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Failure to comply may result in rescheduling your appointment without reimbursement.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
The following section includes guidelines to follow prior to your appointment. Failure to comply may result in rescheduling your appointment without reimbursement.
48 hours prior to your appointment: DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL or CAFFEINE.
72 hours prior to your appointment: DO NOT TAKE ADVIL or other blood thinners such as Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Niacin or Vitamin E unless medically necessary.
* Botox should be done 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after the procedure.
* Please avoid booking during a menstrual cycle, as it will increase your pain.
* No waxing, tanning or tinting 3 days before.
* Arrive without makeup for your appointment.
* Fresh brows that are a little red and/or really dark are normal after service! -Don’t worry, they will fade in color 30-50%.
YOU ARE NOT a suitable candidate for microblading or microshading procedures if you are/have:
Pregnant
History of keloids or hypertrophic scarring
Diabetic (requires proof of doctor’s clearance)
Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
Viral infections and/or diseases
Epilepsy
Pacemaker or major heart problems
Organ transplant
Skin irritations or psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc)
Sick (cold, flu, etc)
Accutane in the past year
Heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, poor general health.
Any treatment, medication, or illness that comprises the immune system/healing
Possible Side Effects During or After the Procedure:
During the procedure, there may be some minor bleeding. This verifies from client to client depending on skin conditions and other medical factors. If you take blood thinners on a daily basis, light bleeding may still occur. Bruising is rare, but can occur. There is usually some tenderness for a few days.
PLEASE NOTE: THE RESULTS ATE VERY NATURAL AND FULLER LOOKING BROW. INITIALLY THE BROWS APPEAR DARKER, BUT FADE SIGNIFICANTLY OBER A TWO WEEK PERIOD. IT IS ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL AND VERY IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE TOUCH UP APPOINTMENT. IT MUST BE DONE. IT IS BERY DIFFICULT TO PREDICT HOW WELL YOUR SKIN WILL RETAIN THE PIGMENT. DUE TO THIS AND MANY ITHER VARYING FACTORS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE RESULTS.
